Warranty Policy


Warranty Policy:

  • After 7 days of purchase, the product falls under a 6-month/1-year guarantee period as stated on your invoice/purchase bill.
  • During this period, if any issues arise regarding gold plating or color, the customer may file a warranty claim.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Excessive wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by mishandling or improper care.

Important Usage Instructions:

  • Recommended for occasional use.
  • Use carefully to prevent deep scratches.
  • Keep out of reach of perfumes and acids.

How To Claim Your Warranty:

  • Send an email to support@thanola.com with your order number and details regarding your warranty claim.
  • You are entitled to only one free service within the warranty period.
  • Wait for our team to review and approve your claim.
  • Once approved, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the product to our shop address. One-way shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Securely package the product in the original packaging or an appropriate alternative.
  • Upon receipt, the faulty product will be re-plated with pure 24kt Gold or Antique Gold (depending on the product nature) and will be returned to the customer within 7 working days.
