Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery Information:
Thanola has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website. We aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
- We offer Express shipping for online orders. All orders placed on or before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same or next day.
- We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the courier tracking number and tracking website through SMS and email.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
All Orders are shipped through the Express shipping method and will reach the customers as follows:
- Within Tamil Nadu - Next business day delivery.
- Within South India - 2 to 3 business days delivery.
- Other states of India - 3 to 5 business days delivery.
- Remote villages delivered by India Post - Within 7 working days.
- However, there may be a delay in delivering to remote areas/villages and other towns as delivery is purely dependent on courier companies.
International Shipping:
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the cart.
- For international buyers, we offer Express Shipping for all orders. Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies (FedEx, DHL, etc.). You will receive your package within 7–15 days after shipping.
- A delivery notice email with the courier tracking number and tracking website will be sent to your registered email address after your order is shipped. Please keep an eye on the tracking info in case of possible delivery problems.
- Some countries may require payment of tax, import fees, customs, duties, etc., and we do not have any control over Customs Duty, if levied. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost listed on our website.
Cash On Delivery:
- Cash on delivery is available only for orders above Rs. 600.
- Once an order is placed, we will contact you by phone to confirm the Cash On Delivery order. Once confirmed, the parcel will be dispatched for delivery.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product is open, do not accept the order.
- The COD charges collected during order delivery will not be refunded when a return request is placed; only the product value will be refunded.
In-store Pickup:
- You can also choose to pick up your products from our shop in Tamil Nadu.

Standard Shipping Charges:
- We provide free delivery on order values above INR 500/-; otherwise, a shipping charge of INR 70/- will be applied automatically for orders below INR 500.
- Cash on delivery is available only for orders above Rs. 600. An additional charge of INR 70/- will be applied for the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, irrespective of the cart value.
Secure Packaging:
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking:
We have partnered with sophisticated courier services like DTDC and Delhivery,
with shipment tracking facilities. Once the product is shipped, the shipment tracking link will be sent to the customer through SMS and email.
Customers can track their product online using the provided link. In case of any queries or issues in delivery, please contact our customer service through phone/WhatsApp or mail to support@thanola.com. Your queries will be attended to within 24 hours.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct because courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect delivery addresses
or where the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties
and/or fees.
In the event of a re-shipment/re-direct of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Things to Remember:
- Never share any OTP before delivery.
- Do not share OTP for reattempt if asked by the courier boy.
- Check the package before delivery; if you find it tampered with, kindly refuse the parcel.
- Always open the package by creating a video, showing the full package from all sides, showing the AWB number clearly in the video, and then cutting the package to open it in front of the video. Check that the item you received is correct. If everything is fine, you can delete the video. You need this video in case of any wrong product received or any fraud. Keep this habit for all your online packages for your safety.
